Cultivation

The start of the flowers starts outside, where the small cuttings are planted in the spring to grow into a full-fledged plant that can later be used inside the greenhouse. For this propagation we have selected several companies that specialize in this. The adult plants come to our company in the winter to be processed and prepared for cut flower cultivation.
Our greenhouses are equipped with the most modern techniques. Because we can fully regulate the climate here, we are able to grow a clear and high-quality branch.

Flower processing

The flowers are harvested in a modern way, the product is raised from the ground. The flowers are transported to a harvesting area by means of an automatic system, where the flowers are cut according to ripeness. The flowers are placed directly on a harvesting belt, after which the flowers are transported to a bunching machine robot. This machine takes a photo of each flower, based on this photo four sorts are made. Then they’re automatically bunched on any number. Thanks to this system, the flower stands on a nutrient solution within five minutes, which guarantees optimal quality.
